When will I receive my order?

We offer a standard three-day delivery service on all orders placed before 2pm for mainland UK. We can also deliver the following working day, but if the order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.

How much are the delivery charges?

We usually charge £3.50 for one item and then 50p for each item after that. The maximum charge for postage of any one item is £7.00.

Are your products fully guaranteed?

Yes, they are! We offer 5 years guarantee for standard switches and sockets and 3 years for products with an electronic circuit such as USB, dimmers or Bluetooth related items.

Are all your items fully tested?

Yes, all of our products are tested to the following standards:

  • 13A Socket : BS1363-2,
  • 10A/20A Switch: EN60669-1
  • USB items: EN62368-1
  • Bluetooth: EN62368-1

Do you offer a multiple purchase discount?

We find our prices very competitive for high-quality of our products. We also offer free postage for orders over 30 items. If your order is over the value of £500, we can offer a 5% discount and free postage.

Why should I choose you over other cheaper brands?

Whereas other suppliers may stock similar cheaper models at lower prices, we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products which are tested to the highest standards. We also offer a full refund or exchange of products within 14 days of delivery (terms apply) and a free replacement within the warranty period if it becomes faulty (for USB chargers this is 3 years)

I have ordered the wrong item. Can I return it and get a refund?

Yes, of course. If you have changed your mind about the items or placed a wrong order, you can arrange the return of the item/s to our warehouse, and we can issue a refund.

If the items I ordered are not to my requirements, then can I get a refund?

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. (Please see our delivery/return policy for more information).

What is a screwless Switch and Socket?

There are no screw holes at the front of the switch or socket plate giving it a cleaner look. It’s still fully accessible as a screwed in version, but you need a screwdriver to remove the front plate from the side edge. You use the two screw holes on the mounting plate to then install onto the mounting box. After it has been wired up and fixed into in place, clip back the front plate.

What is the difference in the installation process for a USB integrated socket?

The wiring for both types of sockets is the same, as the switches control the socket output, and this is not related to the USB port. Our USB ports are always on standby mode (complying to EN62368-1 standards). You can replace a standard 13-amp socket with our USB socket using the same mounting box.
